I feel it’s an injustice just to give Jake 5 stars. He really deserves as many stars as in the night sky on a clear night. I’m not easily impressed by people but Jake is one that I am. When he said he was going to do something it was done. When he set times he was there on or before times for all facets in the sale. He was willing to go the extra mile to help us since we were gone from the area during the sale. Prior to putting our place on the market Jake went through the whole process, answered all our questions and made sure WE felt comfortable before going forward and listing our place, taking time to listen to us and making us very comfortable I found Jake to be a very positive go getter and hard worker. I don't have enough space to thoroughly explain how excellent Jake was to me and my husband. We moved to the area, and Jake was so knowledgeable about Fort Myers as a whole. He was always honest and upfront with us regarding the location for our new home. Jake was incredibly patient with us and never made us feel rushed through the home-buying process. He took the time to thoroughly understand what we were looking for in a home and worked to ensure we found it. Jake was timely with all the questions we had and made sure to provide the best response. He was even able to help with recommendations on renovations and costs for us that would not break the bank. I can not recommend Jake enough! He was one of the best realtors we have ever had, and anyone would be lucky enough to have him in their selling and home-buying experience!
